The team’s work includes advice in investigations by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, assistance on practising certificate applications, representation on forensic investigations reports and caseworker reports prepared for adjudication and defence of Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal proceedings.
Trainees: four trainees are recruited each year. Application is by CV with covering letter to Hetty Maher, HR manager, or via the firm’s website.
