Peter is a Partner and Head of M&A. He advises on corporate and corporate finance transactions of all different types and sizes. He acts for clients from a wide variety of market sectors. Peter’s clear commercial advice has won him the trust and loyalty of his clients.

Peter provides specialist advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, venture capital, corporate finance and fundraising, lending arrangements, company formation, partnerships and commercial contracts. Peter acts for clients from various industry sectors including property, hotels and leisure, healthcare, marketing, IT, education and manufacturing. Some of his recent matters include advising on the $120m exit from an offshore family trust, advising on the £60m purchase of a Championship football club and acting on the $40m buyback of shares in a manufacturing company.
