Career

Qualified 2000; salaried partner Fisher Meredith 2010; joined Bishop & Sewell 2017 following its merger with Fisher Meredith; has lectured on family law and practice for ILEX students.

Partner, deals with all aspects of family law, including domestic violence, cohabitation and private children law but specialises in divorce and ancillary relief work with a complex or international element. Often works on cases involving substantial wealth, family businesses and trusts. Also advises on civil partnership disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements. Trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. Reported cases include T v T [2010] EWHC 2392 (Fam) and Stallion v Albert Stallion Holdings (Great Britain) Limited [2009] EWHC 1950 (Ch).
