I draw on my knowledge of the range of commercial models and exposure to deals at each stage of the value chain to help shape the business terms of the deal as well as address the legal issues. I complement this commercial expertise with a detailed understanding of the regulatory landscape in both the audio-visual and sports sectors.

On the technology side, I help deliver solutions to businesses to facilitate and enhance consumer experiences in the digital entertainment and leisure industries.
