Katie’s client portfolio covers sole traders, partnerships, small businesses and plcs, advising on all aspects of employment issues including acting as a support to HR. Has a vast amount of experience in drafting contracts, including contractual and policy documentation reviews as well as being experienced in handling tribunal claims including drafting documents and tribunal representation. Her client portfolio includes a substantial number of colleges, stand-alone academies and several large scale multi academy trusts.Also an experienced speaker having held numerous training sessions and seminars.
