Ruth is a Partner and Head of the Wilkin Chapman commercial property team. Her specialist area of practice is development work particularly residential development .She acts for one of the county's largest regional house builders, and for many other residential and commercial developers. Ruth's experience includes acting on conditional contracts, complex phased options, overage deals, promotion agreements, complex planning agreements etc.
