Eva has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property law.  She has advised clients in numerous sectors on the full spectrum of real estate issues including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, due diligence and reporting and the real estate aspects of corporate and funding transactions.  In recent years, Eva’s work has focused on due diligence and reporting for real estate acquisitions and finance transactions. 

In addition to her private practice experience, Eva was an in-house Solicitor at Shaw Trust (previously Prospects).
