Simon is a commercial property expert, having practiced at top international law firms including Latham & Watkins, Linklaters and DLA Piper, as well as in-house at Getir and Amazon. Prior to joining Davitt Jones Bould, Simon advised the likes of Harrods, Bank of China, ITV, Boffi, IHG, and The Carlyle Group.
Simon is able to advise on the full spectrum of commercial property matters including (but not limited to) acquisitions, developments, leases as well as all elements of estate management. His career highlights include working on landmarks such as Spinningfields, Harrods and 10 Upper Bank Street, being a critical member of the team that enabled Getir to become the number one fast-delivery grocery retailer in Europe and supporting gender equality through the implementation of various charitable initiatives in Africa and Eastern Europe.
