Razina is a commercial property specialist with over 16 years experience. Prior to joining Davitt Jones Bould, Razina practised at Trowers and Hamlins in their development, investment and regeneration team, at Burges Salmon as well as Clarke Willmott.

She is able to advise on the full spectrum of commercial property matters including property finance, development, energy, property insolvency, landlord and tenant issues as well as acquisitions to name a few.

Most recently, Razina has acted as lead partner on the multibillion pound development for HS2 railway at Arden Cross in the West Midlands. This included advising the local authority as landowner on a Collaboration Agreement with a consortium of landowners, land agreements, funding of a multi-storey car park to accommodate 8,000 parking spaces and attending client board meetings and all parties meetings to assist on strategy of the Project.
