The Royal Parks on the contentious cases relating to their famous Parks.

A local authority on a Judicial Review case brought against them by an investment company.  The case related to a CPO for a new bypass.

The Cabinet Office and other Central Government departments on many dilapidations claims, successfully saving the taxpayer millions of pounds.

An Action Group in a professional negligence claim, recovering £690,000 against an engineering firm who had made mistakes in the design and construction of a coastal protection scheme.

Corporate occupiers on exiting leases via break clauses and notices to quit.

Highways England on the disposal of land via auction.
