Zaheer is experienced in handling estates management work for Local Authorities, dealing with a variety of property types including retail units, industrial estates, housing developments and leisure centres. Zaheer also handles property litigation matters including title disputes, forfeiture proceedings and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 disputes.
