Richard has advised the full spectrum of real estate owners from large multinational companies to high net worth individuals and also provides corporate support on a variety of transactions.   Richard has worked with some of the largest commercial developers and property owners in the country on a range of different developments, including developments of shopping centres and offices.  Clients recommend Richard for his understanding of their business needs and his accessible and approachable manner.    Prior to joining DJB, he was the Head of Real Estate at a Manchester law firm.  He has previously worked for Eversheds and Freeths LLP.
