Zaheer has expertise in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters having acted for SMEs, Local Government, Charities, Housing Associations and Corporate Clients. Zaheer is experienced in handling estates management work for Local Authorities, dealing with a variety of property types including retail units, industrial estates, housing developments and leisure centres. Zaheer also handles property litigation matters including title disputes, forfeiture proceedings and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 disputes.

Central Government clients, including Public Health England, on their estates management work.

Highways England on CPO acquisitions to deliver vacant possession of land for the development of major road schemes.

Natural England on lease over land at the Sandringham Estate.

Bath and North East Somerset and other local authorities on the drafting and negotiation of Section106 agreements.

South Lakeland District Council on title disputes relating to Lake Windermere and negotiation with various land owners to agree the boundary with their adjoining land.

A Government client on a CPO dispute regarding access, drafting the settlement agreement and attended negotiations with claimant and their solicitor to reach a settlement.

A leisure company on a leisure procurement exercise.​

South Lakeland District Council on Judicial Reviews relating to planning permissions granted for a Caravan Park and operational developments at a working farm.
