Kate is experienced in advising organisations in the retail, construction, banking, charity and public sectors on complex transactional matters.  She has advised on numerous multi-million pound acquisitions and disposals. Kate is also experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants on the negotiation of high-value leases and licences as well as in providing property support on corporate transactions.

A national chain of merchant builders in the multi million pound purchases of two freehold sites in the North of England.
