Campbell is a Partner in the firm’s business division. He is a Signet Accredited Corporate Law Specialist and a member of the advisory board of LEGUS, the international network of high quality mid-sized law firms. Recent work includes advising Dover Fueling Solutions UK Limited on international commercial matters, including all types of commercial contract; advising 4J Studios/Chroma Ventures on multiple investments and corporate and commercial matters generally; legal support on many employee ownership transitions, including Intervention Group; advising the members of Arch Henderson on its sale to Haskoning.
