Fiona has more than 25 years’ experience in dispute resolution. Fiona has advised and acted for clients in resolving and litigating disputes in a range of courts and specialist tribunals, including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and United Kingdom Supreme Court. Fiona also practises in the field of professional discipline and regulation.
Admitted solicitor 1998; qualified solicitor-advocate (civil) 2009; Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Regulation of Professional Conduct Law.
