Fiona is a partner in our Will & Trusts Disputes team. Fiona specialises in advising on disputes involving legacies (covering the entire range of probate claims, claims for the rectification of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975) and disputes arising during the course of the administration of trusts and estates. Fiona enjoys resolving the deadlock that can occur in the administration of estates, either as the executors have fallen out with one another, or because the executors have fallen out with the beneficiaries of the estate.
