Probate & Estate Administration

Kathryn joined Wilsons in 2006. She trained with Porter Dodson in Yeovil  and upon qualification in 2003 joined Steele Raymond LLP in Bournemouth.

Kathryn is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), speaks at various charity seminars and recently gave a talk to RSPB members about wills, inheritance tax and estate administration matters.

Kathryn is a partner in our Probate & Estate Administration team. Kathryn deals with all private client work including probate, wills and LPAs but specialises in charitable probate matters which often involve special applications such as Grants Ad Colligenda Bona, S116 applications under the Senior Courts Act 1981 and proving lost wills.
