Imogen began her legal career in 2003 at Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy and joined Wilsons in 2016 as a Senior Associate before becoming a Partner is 2018.

Imogen has contributed to The Trusts and Estates Law & Tax Journal, Planning & Administration of Offshore & Onshore Trusts, and to The Step Handbook for Advisers to Family Offices. Imogen has presented a number of webinars, seminars and in-house training for LexisNexis and MBL, as well as to financial institutions on fiduciary, tax and trust matters. She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

Imogen is a partner in the Tax & Trusts team. She specialises in tax, trusts, succession and estate planning. Imogen advises individuals who have any sort of UK nexus, ranging from non-resident and non-domiciled individuals whose sole connection to the UK is a UK property, to resident and domiciled individuals whose families have lived in the UK for many generations. She also supports financial institutions (including banks, trustees and family offices) on fiduciary, tax and trust matters.
