Yuko Zaha is a counsel in the corporate M&A team.

She has handled a wide range of corporate matters with a focus on cross-border transactions involving foreign and Japanese clients. Yuko has advised clients in the technology, pharmaceutical, entertainment and manufacturing sectors. She also advices on data privacy matters and ensures data policies are compliant with international rules and regulations.
