He has represented a diverse group of clients in a broad array of both domestic and cross border matters in the areas of private equity, venture capital, white collar criminal defense, hedge funds, securities, asset management, broker-dealer formation and compliance, securities regulatory defense and government/regulatory investigations, entertainment and media transactions, family office and outside general counsel representation. Joe also has experience as an interbank foreign currency trader and a FINRA Registered Representative and has expanded his practice to reflect his blockchain technology and digital currency expertise.
