Career

Joseph is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team.

His practice focuses on commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Over the years, he advises and represents clients in international arbitration, general commercial disputes, tax and trust disputes, insolvency proceedings and regulatory investigations, with a particular focus on regulatory investigation and cross-border litigation. He represents victims to major fraud cases in pursuing recovery against the fraudsters and advises clients on new legal challenges in the new economy and digital era.

He is one of the authors of Sweet & Maxwell’s Arbitration in Hong Kong: A Practical Guide, 2nd Edition, and was a contributing editor of Hong Kong Civil Procedure (the “White Book”).
