John is head of our Corporate & Commercial team and is based in the City.

John has been a Partner at Royds since 1990. He has over 20 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, providing clients with solutions which suit their business needs.

He is respected within the business community for his skilled approach to commercial transactions and his substantial legal expertise.

John specialises in mergers, acquisitions and disposals in both the United Kingdom and overseas.  He also has particular expertise in:
