Ronald is head of the Residential property team in Oxford. He has over 25 years experience of dealing in all aspects of residential property and conveyancing.
Ronald’s considerable residential property and conveyancing experience includes;
Advising on all aspects of property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold issues Advising on investment property, including ‘buy to let’ property investments Equity release advice Private tenancy agreements Planning permission issues relating to residential property.He has been active in developing the Oxford and Abingdon practices of the firm.
