James is a partner in the firm’s Corporate team, specialising in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures and group reorganisations.

Having joined the firm in 2010, James acts for UK and international corporates and business owners on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. James is recognised by industry publications as an “M&A specialist” and commended for his “depth of knowledge”.

James is a member of the firm’s Financial Services group and has advised a number of leading financial services businesses on corporate transactions and worked with FinTech businesses on a variety of debt and equity funding arrangements.
