Tony is a partner in our Corporate team. He has wide experience in advising clients ranging from entrepreneurs to listed companies and has developed expertise across a range of sectors, including retail, food and beverages, transport and industrial.

Tony acts for domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:

mergers and acquisitions joint ventures shareholder disputes corporate governance commercial contracts reorganisations

Tony is advising on major confidential transactions which are currently ongoing and has acted for major UK and international companies on projects in Russia, India and Africa.

His approach is always pragmatic and his key focus is to apply the law in a way which best responds to the commercial drivers of the deal.
