Career
David is a partner in the corporate team and is co-chair of the firm’s global tech Group. He focuses on international mergers and acquisitions (public and private) as well as fundraising transactions, including buyouts, growth and venture capital financing rounds.
With his significant tech experience, David advises a wide range of companies within the technology sector. He works with companies from the start-up phase through their entire life cycle.
David is also a member of the firm’s US sales team and leads the team responsible for New York. Experienced in cross-border corporate legal work, he regularly works with international companies and investors on multi-jurisdictional projects.
Clients
David’s acts for start-up companies at the beginning of their life cycle, through to established quoted companies. His practice is predominantly international in nature and he therefore regularly coordinates advice across a variety of jurisdictions to ensure a consistent approach, regardless of where the client is doing business.
Experience
He has considerable experience advising on public takeovers, private acquisitions and international joint ventures in various sectors, but with a particular emphasis on both tech and natural resources.
