Christina Kaminski is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Group. Christina's practice focuses on corporate, commercial and contract law in the areas of charities & not-for-profits, commercial technology and procurement.

In her corporate and commercial law practice, Christina has assisted clients in developing and reviewing various forms of agreements, including licensing and software services agreements, consulting contracts, end-user agreements, website terms and conditions, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and other commercial arrangements. Christina has also worked with local and national not-for-profit corporations and charities on corporate governance compliance, by-law review and applications for charitable status.

In her procurement law practice, Christina has worked with both private sector and public sector entities across a wide variety of industries. Christina has experience in drafting competitive solicitations and assisting clients in each stage of the procurement process. She has advised clients on procurement-related issues, including trade agreement compliance, conflict of interest considerations, review of mandatory requirements, responding to enquiries and other best practices in conducting the solicitation process.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Christina worked as a financial analyst for the Canadian Coast Guard. She was responsible for providing financial advice, analyses and services to clients during monthly consultations. She worked closely with management to advance seagoing operations and ensure sound financial planning.
