Career

Gaëlle Le Breton leads the labour and employment department in the Paris office of Gowling WLG.

She has acquired a first-class experience in individual litigation (dismissal, working hours, remuneration, etc.) and collective litigation (consultation of employee representatives, appointment and implementation of representative bodies, trade union litigation, etc.).

Her advice/litigation approach enables her to have a perfect knowledge of her clients' business and to understand their issues as well as possible. She manages a large volume of litigations for her clients with a high success rate before the courts.

Gaëlle assists her clients in the implementation of restructuring plans involving collective redundancies.

She works alongside our corporate team in M&A deals in the audit phase as well as during the implementation of the deals; she is also involved in the negotiation of management packages.
