Tim Sharp helps clients to navigate the planning system, negotiate favourable planning-related consents and neutralise threats to their developments.

Tim's practice focuses on planning, highways and compulsory purchase matters. He has acted for both public and private sectors on numerous high profile projects including tall buildings, energy and infrastructure schemes, retail, leisure and residential developments involving public inquiries and planning litigation.
