She understands the issues that are integral to delivering a successful residential development project and sees her role as supporting her clients from the bid stage right through to the sale of the final home and adoption of infrastructure on a site.
Based in Leeds, Kathryn has a wide experience acting for national and regional housebuilders, social housing providers, land promotors and landowners on all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of land for residential-led development and the sale of new build homes.
