Lewis Goodwin is a Partner in the Corporate team.  He qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and joined Blacks in 2017.

Lewis specialises in corporate and commercial work and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investment, banking, shareholders’ and partnership agreements, agency and distribution, employee share schemes, franchising, and sports law.  He acts for clients from a wide range of sectors including leisure, digital media, logistics, industrial asset management, entertainment sport and media, and charities.

Recent experience includes a joint venture relating to the development and commercialisation of fire and incident management technology, a multi-million pound refinance and development facility for an award winning regional hotel, and the sponsorship of a national football stadium and the kit of an international football team.  Lewis has also acted as lead adviser on a number of matters for the Premier League and the Premier League Charitable Fund.
