Beth Laidler joined Blacks Solicitors in 2009 where she trained and then qualified in 2011. She became a Partner in 2018 and works in the Real Estate team.

Beth has an organised and methodical approach to her work for clients, who consist of a range of real estate investors and developers, as well as holiday and home park owners/operators.

She specialises in commercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and the sale and purchase of holiday and home park sites up and down the country.

In March 2018 Beth closed on a three year transaction where she led a team to the successful completion of a £10m investment sale for one of the Firm’s longstanding developer clients.
