Darren Morgan joined Blacks Solicitors in 2016 and is a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Prior to joining Blacks, Darren spent a number of years at a national law firm based in Birmingham. Darren has also spent time on secondment as Head of Legal at a FTSE listed food retailer giving him an invaluable insight into how legal services should be delivered from a client’s perspective.
With over 25 years of experience under his belt, Darren specialises in resolving shareholder and partnership disputes, disputes arising out of commercial contracts and construction contracts, professional negligence claims, and more recently with disputes with HMRC in respect of tax avoidance schemes.
