Carol is head of the Family department and advises on the full range of family matters including divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and issues concerning children including Removal from the Jurisdiction, maintenance and contact.

She specialises in high net worth cases for individuals in business, the media and banking and her cases frequently have an international element.
