Dawn is a Partner in our Built Environment division. She specialises in the acquisition, funding, development and letting of commercial, industrial and residential property.

Dawn advises clients on a wide range of Real Estate matters, with a particular specialism in acting for clients on large scale development and regeneration projects, as well as portfolio management and investment sales. She is also highly experienced in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters and advising on energy and infrastructure projects.

Dawn has a broad spectrum of public, private and third sector clients including Copart Inc, Bad Wolf Studios, the Welsh Government, the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Cardiff and Vale College, Cardiff Metropolitan University and the Royal National Institute of Blind People.
