Jonathan Green

Jonathan is a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited. Jonathan advises on a broad range of charterparty, international sale contract and bill of lading issues, and is often asked to advise on live matters involving two or more such contracts. He handles shipping and commodity arbitrations (LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, Sugar, LCIA, ICC) as well as High Court proceedings, and also drafts commercial contracts. He also has particular experience of dealing with issues arising under slot charter and liner agreements.

Jonathan has an LLB Honours degree from Cardiff University and a BA Honours (French and Italian) from Leeds University.
