Career

With over a decade of experience, Jessica has been part of Gadsby Wicks since 2016 specialising in personal injury and medical negligence claims, particularly those connected to delays in cancer diagnosis, wrong-site surgery and orthopaedic surgery.

Following stints at Thompsons Solicitors and Wisemen Lee, Jessica pursued a career in medical negligence to help make a difference for her clients and their families. She recognises the devastating impact subpar treatment can have, and is committed to helping those affected secure the compensation they need and create positive change in hospitals and GP surgeries.

She has a strong reputation as approachable, empathetic and attentive, and for identifying key issues that support her clients’ cases. She also strives to explain complex legal matters in a way that people can easily understand.

Jessica appreciates the privilege of meeting and representing a diverse range of people, handling cases as varied as cancer misdiagnosis and mismanagement during surgery, to brain damage at birth and wrongful birth cases.
