Career

Caragh joined Gadsby Wicks in September 2021, with the goal of specialising in medical negligence law. Motivated to help people facing difficult circumstances through no fault of their own, she actively works to secure compensation and uncover answers that empower people to move forward.

Completing her training contract at Birketts LLP, today Caragh manages a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims. Her calm approach and ability to listen helps to reassure her clients that they have someone they can rely on from the start of their claim all the way to resolution.

During her time at Gadsby Wicks Caragah has been involved in a wide range of claims, including gynaecological claims, general surgery claims, delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cancer claims, and neonatal and paediatric claims.

Memberships

Caragh is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Education

Caragh achieved her BA (Hons) in English Literature at The University of Sheffield in 2016. She proceeded to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law (Commendation) at BPP Law School in 2018, her Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at  BPP Law School in 2019, and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

Leisure

Caragh enjoys hiking in nature, playing tennis and preparing meals at home.
