Position

Associate SolicitorDaniel negotiates and drafts option agreements, promotion agreements,conditional contracts, overage agreements, deeds of easement and deals with first registrations of unregistered land.  He has also advised developers and registered social landlords on the acquisition of development sites as well as advising them in relation to section 104 and section 38 agreements. Daniel also advises landlords and tenants on commercial leases, sub leases, licences to underlet, licences to assign as well as rent deposit deeds and licence for alterations. He acts for commercial clients in the acquisiton and disposal of commercial premises as well as finance and legal charge documentation.

Education

Daniel studied an LLB (Honours) Business Law Degree at Bournemouth University and graduated in 2000. He attended Guildford College of Law and graduated from his Legal Practice Course in 2001.
