Lucy worked as a paralegal in York before joining TV Edwards LLP a leading Legal 500 firm in London, firstly as a paralegal and later as a trainee solicitor, to complete her training contract.
Lucy qualified as a solicitor in September 2019. Lucy worked at TV Edwards LLP for two years after qualifying and has since worked at a Top 200 national law firm as a well as a small boutique firm based in the City.
Lucy joined the family department at Pinney Talfourd LLP as a solicitor in January 2023.
Memberships
Lucy is a member of Resolution and became a Resolution accredited specialist in November 2021.
Education
Lucy Nicholson studied law at the University of Leicester, graduating in 2013, before completing her legal practice course at the University of Law, York in 2014.

On a personal note, in her spare time Lucy likes to go to the gym, go walking and to spend time with family and friends.
