Mark advises further and higher education institutions on commercial issues, mergers, corporate transactions and constitutional reviews.

Mark's recent experience includes advising higher education institutions on changes to their governance, including amendments to Royal Charter, Memoranda and Articles of Association and Instrument and Articles.

Around half of Mark's work involves advising UK based institutions on overseas collaborations varying from validation or consultancy arrangements to overseas campuses and double degree agreements. Mark drafted part of the guide which Eversheds produced to international collaborations for Universities UK.

Mark advises higher and further education institutions on all kinds of mergers, group structures, collaborative working and service sharing.

Mark is a regular speaker at sector conferences and client training events on commercial, corporate, governance and student issues.
