Jenny works with both commercial and residential developers on a range of matters from initial strategic advice to multi-million pound deals.

Jenny has over 8 years’ experience specialising in real estate transactions. Recent schemes have involved options, conditional sale agreements, overage, certificates of title or complex funding arrangements. Jenny primarily acts for commercial developers and housebuilders but also advises commercial clients on general commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues.
