Holly advises clients on all transactional freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions. She is involved in the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and mixed-use development sites.

Holly deals with commercial landlord and tenant matters including the grant and acquisition of leases. She is also involved in personal pension scheme property matters.
