Kerry specialises in intellectual property infringement disputes, non-contentious intellectual property exploitation and advertising law, working with both private and public sector clients.

She advises on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, and is passionate about the technology her clients’ businesses rely on; from mechanical products to innovative software solutions. She also deals with advertising law compliance.

Kerry aims to provide practical, intelligent and strategic advice, based her client’s critical business priorities.
