Daniel specialises in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.

Daniel helps a diverse range of clients identify, protect, exploit and enforce their intellectual assets such as trade marks, designs, patents, copyright and confidential information and also advises on advertising law. He has significant experience in research contract matters for education sector clients, having worked closely with a number of in-house teams on secondment.
