Gemma has been working in the healthcare sector for over 15 years and has acted for dentists, pharmacists, opticians, care home providers, domiciliary care agency providers, fostering agencies and specialist care providers in a wide range of transactions.

Gemma has acted for a number of corporate acquirers in the pharmacy and dental sectors for many years and very much enjoys being part of their team. She has also acted for banks who lend in the sector and investors.

Many of the repeat clients have worked with Gemma for over 10 years and she has been involved in many of the high value transactions in the dental and pharmacy sectors.
