Simon leads an experienced and energetic national team of planning lawyers and town planners dealing with all aspects of town and country planning.

Simon guides landowners, developers, public authorities, interest groups and individuals through the planning system in order to find a solution to their planning problems.

Simon has an established reputation in High Court and Court of Appeal planning litigation including judicial review of decisions by local planning authorities and the Secretary of State, and has been involved in a number of key planning decisions in the course of his career.
