Lisa is the founding partner of Parisi Tax and deals with  tax issues for entrepreneurs, private companies and management teams including advice on company sales and acquisitions, EIS, private equity transactions, reorganisations and employee incentives.

Lisa trained with Eversheds and qualified in September 1992.  She joined KPMG to work in the tax consultancy in 1994 and then in 1999 joined Pinsents as a Tax Partner. She set up Parisi Tax in 2009.
