Liz is a Legal Director specialising in corporate tax.

Liz advises on all areas of corporate tax for private and publicly owned companies and their shareholders.

Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, company reconstructions and demergers,  private equity transactions, EIS, SEIS and SITR relief, employee incentive arrangements particularly EMI options, employee tax issues, banking tax and VAT.�� She also provides advice to entites in the not for profit and charitable sectors.
